This policy covers Corral Bros Landscaping & Design LLC ("Corral Bros," "we," "us") and this website, corralbros.com. It explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, call us and a person will explain it.
Information you give us
When you call, text, email, or submit a form on this site, we collect what you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, project or property address, city, the service you're interested in, and any details you include (such as property type, timeline, budget range, preferred contact method, and your message). If we visit your property to give an estimate or do work, we also keep records tied to that project — site notes, measurements, quotes and job documentation.
Context we include with a form
When you submit a quote or contact form on this site, we include a little first-party context alongside your request so the person who follows up understands it: the page you submitted from, the service or city that page was about, and your approximate IP address and device type. This is sent only to us, only when you actively submit the form, and used only to respond to your request. We never sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Information collected automatically
Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type and timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. Beyond that, the site only runs the optional tools you allow through the cookie choices described below.
Analytics and website tools
With your consent (see Cookies below), we use analytics and product tools to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it:
- Google Analytics helps us see which pages and guides people find useful, in aggregate — page counts and trends, not individual identities.
- Microsoft Clarity helps us see how pages perform through aggregated heatmaps and anonymized session replays (which pages people scroll, where they click, where they get stuck). Clarity masks text you type into forms; we use it to fix layout and usability problems, not to identify you.
These tools run only if you accept analytics cookies. If you decline, we don't load them.
Cookies
The first time you visit, a banner asks which cookies you're OK with. Nothing optional runs until you say yes, and you can change your mind anytime using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of every page. Your choice is remembered for 180 days in a cookie called cb_consent.
The categories, plainly:
- Essential cookies — always on. They make the site work and remember your cookie choice. They don't track you and aren't shared.
- Analytics cookies — only with your OK. Tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us see which pages are useful, in aggregate. We see page counts, not people.
- Marketing cookies — only with your OK. Advertising tools let us measure whether our ads work and show more relevant ones. Declining just means we don't measure or tailor them.
When you decline a category, we don't load those tools and we delete that category's cookies as best we can. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Calls and text messages (SMS)
When you share your phone number with us — by submitting a form on this site, texting us first, or giving it to us by phone — you're asking us to contact you about your request, and we may do so by call or text (SMS/MMS). Text messages are conversational: scheduling, estimate and appointment confirmations, follow-ups and answers to your questions. We do not send marketing text blasts. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
We use Twilio to send and receive text messages on our behalf; your number and message content are processed by Twilio only to deliver those messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or reply HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS Terms & Conditions. Emails from us include a way to unsubscribe.
We do not share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
How we use your information
To respond to your request, prepare and schedule estimates, perform and document work, send the communications you asked for, and keep records of the projects we do for you.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with marketers. No exceptions.
When we share information
Only when the work requires it: with service providers we use to operate the business (such as our messaging provider Twilio, email delivery, or scheduling tools), who may use your information only to provide that service to us; with a subcontractor or partner working on your project, at your request; and when the law requires it. If the business were ever sold or merged, customer records would transfer with it under this same policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to your request, complete and stand behind our work, and meet legal or accounting requirements — then we dispose of it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we may need to keep records tied to active or completed work, or required by law). Contact us using the details below and we'll handle it directly.
Children
This site is for property owners and isn't directed to children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
